Special Effects Photography
201 California St.
San Francisco, California 94111
We have all taken pictures while on vacation or family snapshots. Many of us branch out in other areas such as landscapes, sports or macro. This hands-on workshop will push the limits of your equipment and your imagination.
So, what actually is special effects photography? We will start with special lenses. Not lenses you attach to your camera, but we will use water as a lens. Both water droplets and water in a glass can create interesting effects.
Other projects include using laser to paint with light and stop action with power of speedlites. Finally we will create interesting “still life images” with miniatures and other interesting props.
What to bring:
• Your camera and lenses (loaner gear will also be available)
• Formatted memory cards
What is provided:
• Sample Canon gear
• Water and light snacks
