EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Do you know the basics techniques for DSLR videography and are ready to learn more advanced techniques, tips, and tricks about DSLR video? Are you ready to add lighting and sound into the mix?

Join Canon for our Advanced DSLR Video class. We'll be covering higher-level techniques that will help supplement the basics you already know. We will discuss and show different types of camera movement, the tools that are used, and how to achieve these types of shots.

Lighting is also a huge part of shaping your subject, so we will also demonstrate various lighting techniques. You'll be able to use these techniques for everything from interviews to creating tutorials and shooting weddings.

Learning how to properly capture audio will also be discussed in our class. We'll demonstrate different types of microphones, how to capture audio for different situations, and what will work best for you.

Finally, we'll go over some basic editing techniques, show you how to sync audio, how we cut our footage to create a short teaser, and how we color grade our footage.

Join us for an evening of learning, and take your DSLR video skills to the next level!
