EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Join your fellow professional community at Canon Burbank for this installation of Capturing Inspiration featuring the Director of Photography of the Academy Award series O.J.” Made in America.

This seminar will examine the creative and career decisions that lead to a career shooting theatrically released documentaries that culminated in lensing the academy award winning OJ: MADE IN AMERICA. Using a series of clips from a progression of increasingly complex and dramatic documentaries the seminar will explore the key lessons learned along the way.

The session will include breaking down key dramatic scenes to shed light on the creative decisions that influenced them. The seminar will delve into specific equipment choices and the creative philosophies of how the gear is applied in real life situations.

Then, join Nick Saturday the 10th as he takes an intimate group of 14 filmmakers through a hands-on full day workshop to demonstrate and reinforce the very concepts that got him to where he is today.
